It’s crazy the night and day difference of this style deck when you start 1 rather than start 2. It needs some strong rush challenge turn 3 to take out opponents turn 1 and 2 otherwise your chasing and if they hit a body guard turn 3 their guaranteed possibly 4 on top of what they already scored. It’s a tough chase from behind with this style deck. So fun though at turn 1.
just got into lorcana about 3 weeks ago and i’m trying to build my first aggro deck and practice with it to know how it works in game. do you think this deck is perfect for that? i’m liking it a lot.
I love aggro but in a heavy steel song meta it just isn’t realistic. I’ve tried to make it work for a couple of weeks now but always face steel song at some point and always get my board wiped by grab your sword. I’ve moved on to an aggro version of steel song.
This. Hyper Aggro can wipe the floor in many games but unless it avoids Steelsong and some faster Blue Steel builds it never gets to the finish line. Aggro Steelsong is better and has more staying power, and the Earlmeister Green Amethyst build is also very aggro and has more staying power.
Classic steel song build but instead of flutes or lanterns use Daisy Duck. Piglet and Smee are a great aggro. Rapunzel is great way to heal Daisy grab some more cards and she quests for 2 also. Brennan Dicandio just posted a great vid on theee versions of steelsong. Worth a watch if you like this deck.
Rapunzels Tower is really helpful- turns all questers essentially into a Daisy. Don’t know why this hasn’t caught on yet…
Too slow. If you play it and move a character there it's a whole turn you're not playing a character.
Turn 3 is pretty important for the curve but dropping it on 4 and moving 2 makes swords not very good for sure
