THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST videos I have ever seen on Restorative Justice in schools. You are saving lives, building hope, and strengthening the future. Keep going!

I think the most important part of this is the feeling of support that students gain. This also creates more of a healthy family atmosphere which is exactly what many of our students are missing.

We need God's moral and righteous laws for Love to prevail for Peace and Safety via Trust from a quiet conscience with God and self for Peace with others via The Holy Spirit of Peace...
Children need to learn the arts for expression of feeling and joy...and children need to play... and family needs healing, we all need healing from justice not upheld for Peace...which is The Holy Spirit of Peace from God's moral and righteous laws for Love to prevail...Truth 🕊💖🕊✨✨✨✨

I am at a loss as how to respond to this video and the comments. I am a white high school teacher that taught for 35 years. I disciplined every race of kid. Because of your restorative justice discipline has completely broken down in the classroom. My last two years almost killed me. I suffered from PTSD for several years after my retirement. Teachers are leaving the profession in droves and discipline is the main reason. Schools don’t have the time money motivation to institute these programs. Please just stop.

I agree, I think restorative justice could work for minor stuff, like saying something hurtful, or drawing something inappropriate on the board, but there still needs to be detention or something. I can see how some manipulative kids can easily trick adults into believing they are sorry, when they really are not because there's no hard, serious consequences.
if you genuine think all kids are innocent, wholesome angles who really learn from their misbehavior when there's no serious punishment, you are severely mistaken! Kids are not as dumb and oblivious as adults love to think.

    Consider reading the bible.
Bible is not manufactured religions, it is for you educate yourself, to educate your family and to educate all people.
