    This is its own entire separate “curriculum” and knowledge of
    Expertise. I’m not
    Complaining about that, but teachers are constantly assumed with the job responsibilities of a teacher, special Ed teacher, school counselor, a nurse, and parent - and yet they are paid the salary for one career. It just gets to a point where it’s unproductive to endlessly pile upon ever expanding responsibilities of their career. Upon becoming a teacher, I’ve really come to understand it as the “junk drawer” of America. Shove it in there, assume it to someone else’s
