Awesome! Please it seems the 12 tulle weren't joined vertically . I only saw when you joined them separately while attaching the bands or I'm I missing something. Please help. Thanks
Hello, Thank you for a great video. I was trying to make my first tutu on my old Singer machine, but the stitches were messy, and just tore the tulle when i tried to check the stitches. Do you keep the tension on the machine? not sure. Please help. Thank you.
Thank you so much for this video for the two color two ribbon tutu. I’ve been wanting to do this but wasn’t sure how to start. Also thank you for showing how you make your bow. I struggle them. I love all your videos. You do beautiful work.
I see from video ...I see that the ribbon all connected together and not cut .but the different colors along sides are not sewn together vertically...that is not a issue ? Just wondering. Love video because you explain the process.most just video with no measurements.Thank you!
Been waiting all day for this. Casandra thanks for explaining how you took off the extra 2 inches. My first one was way long because I just went by the chart Angela has and i don’t like long tutu too. I did one last night and made it shorter and it turned out better. Definitely if we’re making these for sale gotta make it simpler so it will take less time.
Great video and beautiful tutu as usual. What color thread did you use for the 2 colors? I usually do my thread the same color as my tulle and ribbon. I'm trying to make my process simple but still beautiful.
I am really struggling with the tulle lining up and staying together. 😭 I have made 3 tutus so far and it doesn't seem to be getting any easier. Is it because I buy it by the yard at the store? Does it make a huge difference to just keep bolts if tulle? Also....do you do anything with your scrap tulle?
I am having trouble with my tulle coming out uneven which totally make the whole tutu out of line. I have tried the walking foot and regular foot. Any suggestions?
Thank you for the video. Pls how many yards of tutu can I use for 2year old. Also how many inches long can it be for 2 year old? Can I use bridal satin for the waist and the hem where you have the ribbon?
Enjoyed your instructions. Like the method of cutting into 1 yard sections. Where did you purchase the mermaid ribbon? Do you use the same method for 1 color tulle skirt?
That came out gorgeous! Just beautiful! I’d feel so satisfied with that product! I agree. I saw a tutorial where they said to hot glue the ribbon but I just couldn’t do that! Lol I mean why not sew it for a more professional look in the detail. Plus some glue yellows and looks a bit nasty/tacky over time. I loved the tutu column you had. I’d love to get a better look at that! I’d love a sewing garage tour! How you organize and set it up for efficiency and maybe how you pack and ship your items? Please. Also do you ever use 2” ribbon?
I’m confused. So what made u cut 12 yards of tulle to cut into 6 yards each color? Or just with 5-6t u need 12yrds of tulle what about the other sizes?
If you are making a 7” tutu you can get away with only cutting 6 yards , because the tulle is 54” long so you get 2 sets of 7” If you are making a bigger size then you have to cut the 12 yards of each color
I see from video ...I see that the ribbon all connected together and not cut .but the different colors along sides are not sewn together vertically...that is not a issue ? Just wondering. Love video because you explain the process.most just video with no measurements.Thank you!
Hi, What size is your mannequin? I have been wanting to get one but they are all so small. I need one for kids size, like the one you have. Your videos are awesome. Thank you.
@@CachisCustoms Can I pay for a 1 on one with you? I have a size 6/7 to do. I want it to be fluffy. I’m not advanced enough to do this one, but can you assist me please?

Hello I wanted to ask Can you make a step by step video on how to load up a applique design to the EM1010 Also on how you set the design up for the placement stitch from start to finish.
Its super difficult. When I first tried it, I felt the same way.. likr how do these people make it look so easy??!! I learned to make sure younhave the ribbon on bottom and tulle on top so you can make sure the tulle doesn't move farther than it should. After some more practice it will get better
Where do you buy the tulle and ribbon? It seems to take a lot of both to make one tutu! I don’t think I’ve seen a spool of ribbon at Walmart or hobby lobby before
Great video, its so nice to see someone take the time to teach and explain things as you go along. Thank you for sharing
Was wondering where do you get the tulle and ribbon ? Thank you 🙏🏼

Hey I’m a bit confused u said you were doing tutu for 5T which is 16 yards but in the video it’s at 12yards wouldn’t the 12 be for 2T?
Is that double layer of tulle on fold. Or did you use just a single layer and then fold? Thanks
Another great job as usual
I am having trouble with my tulle coming out uneven which totally make the whole tutu out of line. I have tried the walking foot and regular foot. Any suggestions?
Thank you for the tutorial! Can you add a list of how many strips we will need for each size from newborn to size 10-12?
Omg yessss this would help soooo much
I need to know how many yards for a 12 month old

Omg this is super cute!! TFS. New subbie here🙋🏻♀️
Thank you for this video. Its beautiful I love 💕 it.. I couldn’t see the the stitch length or tension. Do you overlap the tulle on each other?
Tension 2 and stitch length 3 for my machine
Enjoyed your instructions. Like the method of cutting into 1 yard sections. Where did you purchase the mermaid ribbon? Do you use the same method for 1 color tulle skirt?
Hobby lobby for the ribbon, and for a one color tulle skirt I cut 12-14 yards depending on size , I have more videos on other tutus 💕

Hey. What tension settings do you use on your sewing machine? When I try to sew tulle together it's bunching up! What's happening?
On my machine I gave the tension at 2 and stitch length at 3
Beautiful
For a 1 yr old how much tulle will I need for 2 colors
Beautiful!
I see from video ...I see that the ribbon all connected together and not cut .but the different colors along sides are not sewn together vertically...that is not a issue ? Just wondering. Love video because you explain the process.most just video with no measurements.Thank you!
No it’s not an issue, I actually think it adds more fluff because the layers of tulle push off each other making it look more full 😉
Hi, What size is your mannequin? I have been wanting to get one but they are all so small. I need one for kids size, like the one you have. Your videos are awesome. Thank you.

Love to watch you as always. Still seeing if you come up with a wizard of oz theme.

Hello hun do you have a size chart ? I’m trying to do a size 7-8 tutu can u help on what’s the length and how many yards total ?
Where did you purchase the mermaid ribbon from

Question in this video you’re using single layers? Not the way it comes on the bolt two layers? Right?
Yes
The way it comes in the bolt, I do not separate them
I wasted soo much tulle the other day 😩😢. My measurements are off uggh

My daughter is 4 ft tall she’s 8 how long does mine have to be? Please help
Measure her from the waist down to see how long you want it, then double that number, then subtract 2 inches for the ribbon.
Are there any tips on managing the tulle and ribbon? My first and only attempt was an epic failure.
Its super difficult. When I first tried it, I felt the same way.. likr how do these people make it look so easy??!! I learned to make sure younhave the ribbon on bottom and tulle on top so you can make sure the tulle doesn't move farther than it should. After some more practice it will get better
