Albert is ok, many replacements for him, but noa is the most important one. Without noa, you can only ready the machine gun in turn 5. You cannot do it in turn 3 like in this video. But if you're fine with that, please try it. It will worth it nonetheless.
You can wait a little bit more... you need 75% for gaining 3 stacks then wait cd and 75% charge bar again for starting. Just be sure you dont die before that (it can require clarity on MC, but nothing special, Noa just allow to start asap)
There's a lot of factor in adding cap to skill damage. Your opus key, astral weapon, PG weapon, character ring EMP, etc. So, not only metatron call effect. If you have them all, you can cap high on your skill damage. Good luck~

Why my skill cap is so small, is that because metatron call effect?
There's a lot of factor in adding cap to skill damage. Your opus key, astral weapon, PG weapon, character ring EMP, etc. So, not only metatron call effect.
