Finding right people for restaurant industry (for different cuisines and different formats) is an uphill task. There is no one place where we can reach out to the right talent (esp most of them are not tech savvy to post their availability nor do they know English or local language). Given that this industry is huge (after construction and retail) there is a good opportunity for some one to create an app for these people from unorganised sector. Apart from leading hotel management / catering colleges, all other colleges do not do a good job in connecting to the industry and filling this vacuum.
