Thank you for this video. I'm thinking of doing this for my Toyota Avalon 2006, and I was wondering how the loaded steering knuckle is holding up? My Toyota is a daily driver, and I hear a lot of mixed reviews on aftermarket parts. OEM parts are really pricey, but Detroit Axle parts have been good to me so I just wanted to get some feedback on this, and if you highly recommend?
awesome video, I wish I could find this exact video for a 2010 Toyota sienna front wheel drive. can't find one anywhere online. I know it's getting old. lol. thank you again for the video and if anyone can recommend a link or where I can find one online would be awesome. 😊 I searched, don't think it exists
Hi there, I've done this procedure on many cars and suv. And the procedure should be the same on all Toyota’s and any car with independent front suspension. Or very close to it. The only difference is the bolt size and torque spec.
Man thank u so much the clearest repair video ever seen
Thank you so much.. I just finished replacing my wife’s minivan bearing hub..
Use a small floor Jack to raise and hold the knuckle in place
Thank you for this video. I'll be doing this job soon. The torque specs are appreciated (and confirmed).
Thanks. I just got this done!
Great job and explanation
Thanks for content. Why not put the lower ball joint on first?
Any idea why this won’t work on 2019 siennas? They’re the same as the 2017 as far as I’m aware

I got an 06 Avalon too brother! 👍
How are they holding up?
Thank you.
No lubrication required in the bearing area?
Nope. They are Sealed bearings .
People do werird things like threadlock camber bolts.
They toyota service manual doesn't note for any threadlocker on any of these things.
Detroit Axle sucks! If you are endorsing their product, shame on you.
