Own the Stage - The Expansion (Workshop and Showcase)

Own the Stage is a program aimed at developing the skills of Newcomer youths in poetry and spoken-word. This is the 3rd edition of "Own the Stage" and it was facilitated by two Regina poets; Cat Abenstein and Eric Gabriel from July 23-26 2024. The program is an initiative of Common Weal Community Arts, and is done in partnership with Regina Open Door Society. We are grateful to the Regina Public Library, and Saskatchewan FilmPool Cooperative for their support. This program was funded by Sask Lotteries and supported by a Sask Culture program.
