    Coach Zahabi turned me on to the supple leopard. It’s helped a ton. I do shingling and I’m also 44 years old. Squatting and bending with my feet on a slope caused so many problems I’ve been able to fix over the last 2 years. This is another example of a helpful movement for someone who’s not a natural in proper positioning, thanks!

    Awesome explanation....I'm able to maintain this relationship(maintaining two landmarks naturally) when I walk , move, lay on the floor. But finding it really hard to maintain the two landmarks when I sit in chair for work and straining my whole body trying to contract to find the alignment

    Thanks so much Kelly! These videos have been so great! I have been struggling for a while, started pf pt and have slowly been improving, but it’s absolutely a whole body issue as you know. Fixing my anterior pelvic tilt, weak glutes, etc.

      That's good you are treating it as a whole body issue, too many pelvic pt's treat it in isolation with limited success!
