Lost count of my Reps! - Day 4 Part 2

Intense workout today as I lost count of my reps midway through the workout session because I did so many reps for such a long time. My live stream went on for 2 Hours combined while I was working out and also interacting with the viewers on the live stream.

This workout consists of Navy Seal Burpees, High Knees, Squats. It’s designed as a full body workout to target all the muscles in the body.
If you can’t access the gym or don’t like lifting weights this is a great workout for you.
If there’s anyone who has been lacking motivation to workout, this is your sign to get back working out. You are welcome to follow-along with this workout and go at your pace as I’m going at my own pace as well.
