Ahn Yona's "oppa" will remain forever legendary.... 😌
I learned all of these words and MOREEEEEEE
It’s amazing what you can learn from watching these dramas & TH-cam channels. I can recognize Korean, Chinese (Mandarin) & Japanese when I hear it. I can also recognize if someone is Korean, Chinese, Japanese or Taiwanese based on their facial features. It’s great and I’m loving this experience!
REALITY Vs [WHAT I USED TO Hear]
1. Micheoseo = bicheoseo/bitcheoseo😂
2. Jinjja = chincha
3. Andwae = aande
After 2 years of watching & listening to over 60+ kdramas and movies(😂😂🤣🤗)
2 of many more they forgot to include:
----> Gomawo = kho-ma-o
----> GWENCHANA = kenchana(again gone completely wrong😂, found it in the comments section of "WELCOME TO WAIKIKI ")

Well... exactly me too🤪
You're not completely wrong though.
Romanisation differ when it comes to Korean pronunciation.
Like, take a word gwenchana (괜찮아), here the first letter in hungal 'ㄱ' sounds like 'G' or 'k' .. or in between 'g' and 'k' ..so you can say gwenchana/ kwenchana. Both can be correct.
I also been chana😂😂
Well i have exact same thought as you i thought different spellings
That Oppa from Ahn Yo Na is iconic!!!!
Im proud to know these words watching kdramas atleast made me learn a language
Gosh! I learned all these words from kdramas!! And I keep saying these words in my regular conversations in Bangla as well!! Even my family members understand what these words mean 😂😂😂 🇧🇩
Really?
I am a bengali and I use these words too
Same Obostha
Aiyooo me too bangali from Bangladesh 😆😆
'Hajima' should be on the list
true...i hv only watched 6 kdramas but i hv heard it too much already
Me after harnessing the 30 kdramas watched powerup
Me : I think I am korean
I feel satisfied hearing their different voices and expressions
the word "sarangae" is more than enough to understand a kdrama😂😄
xD
The best “Heol” is not included here, they actually made a “heol” sound effect in “Another miss Oh”
Minie from so not worth it is literally the most relatable kdrama character ever!!
I learnt majority of these words from Goblin, and that wasn't even one of the first dramas I watched but for some reason they stuck with Goblin.
" Gomapta" was one of the first words i learnt
That proud moment when you have watched almost all of these kdramas. BIG ACHIEVEMENT GU-RL!
Last drama name??
@@resmi612 so not worth it

I seriously learned a lot of korean words from watching kdramas ,being a kpop fan and I am also trying to study it. I know now how to write basic sentences like where to put the verbs ,the subject smtg like that. Some expressions ofc ㅋㅋ Learn hangeul writing. That's why sometimes I kinda understand kdrama without reading much subtitles :))

Need a part two for more words we learned from k-drama🙌😂
This is too true! These are pretty much the only Korean words I know, more or less. Saranghae was the first word I memorized. ''I love you'' is usually the first phrase I tend to memorize when it comes to foreign languages.
and even more!!!
hahahaha that 태백 from 삼겹살 scene
oh also korean foods do come frequently, like 삼겹살 or 라면
Should have added 전하 for all us sageuk watchers. The amount of times I have seen the royal court scream Jeonhaaaaaaaaa 😂😂😂 oppa, unnie, mianhae, saranghae is childsplay after 10 years of kpop/kdrama. I can even understand old korean lmao
I can relate to that so much but with the word 마마. Currently watching a drama on Netflix and every other scene one character is yelling mamaaaaaaa at the Prince🤣. Can you recommend any more good shows?
