I mixed bleach and ammonia, and when it immediately started bubbling furiously, something in the back of my mind clicked and I remembered that this makes highly toxic chlorine gas. I immediately got the f outta there and left the door to the apartment open to air out a bit.

Idk how microwaves work honestly, but I really didn't know roaches could survive in them while they're on! A big ass insect crawled out of a hole in the inside of the microwave while my food is cooking. It crawled around on the rotating dish, then onto the plastic container that my food was in, then it dunked itself in the gravy. It sat there for several seconds, in that hot liquid, and then it suddenly decided to crawl back into its cave. What in the hell is a cockroach made of??

Roaches have crazy high resistances. They aren’t completely immune to status effects but they have such a high resistance they can tank most status effects unlike Humans. The stuff pest exterminators use is concentrated and tailor made for creatures that size and even then it requires persistence of making sure they die.

I'm fairly certain this exaggeration has never actually been tested, and the cockroach would not survive if it was. They may be radiation resistant or even immune, but the radiation isn't what kills you in the blast zone. The temperatures well over 500 degrees in the blast are what kills you and a roach can not survive even 200 degrees.

i once was on an airplane, and for some ungodly reason i was sat next to a ~6yo kid. He was playing subway surfers on a kindle or something.
Out of pure boredom and curiosity I just watched. He sucked at the game and kept dying over and over, and kept using keys to respawn
Once he used all of his keys, it came up with the "out of keys, buy more" thing, and so he hit the button and it used the preloaded credit card or whatever to buy it
