Have you been to the goodwill on Broadway and 1st. It’s a cool store with a creaky floor and the bldg is like 80 years old. Good video. It’s in Capitol Hill. When I made this video I really didn’t know anything about Denver and figured it was downtown because it was like a 10 mins walk from the capital building- but technically it’s a separate area. People say it’s sketchy but I felt nothing but good vibes and made friends with my homeless neighbors lol Really enjoyed my time here :)

Honestly, people think that’s a good price but it’s really not. Downtown Denver is the worst. I used to live in California, it’s like living in any major city. Drugs, homeless, dirty streets. It did not capture anything about what it’s like to live here

@@kalel33 Well, to each their own. Based on the outdoor vid content it's in Cap HIll. I bought a modest condo there 8 months and love the area. This vid, which I enjoyed BTW, was released almost a year ago. I'm not sure one can rent anything in Cap Hill for $950 PM now. The area is relatively safe, diverse with a modest bias toward the young, and is vibrant with some of, if not the best architecture in the DMA if you're into that sort of thing as I am. IMHO it's also one of the most walkable areas in the DMA. Given Cap Hill's location and amenities (shops, restaurants, gyms, etc) I don't own a car as everything I need is in walking distance (including the awesome Cheesman Park).
