- Hi guys, today I am not trying to set a new PR, I'm just testing to see if I've gotten any stronger from the last time that I lifted this amount of weight.
I'm really happy with the progress that I made and I'm super excited to continue training :D

He's gonna become an absolute machine on the table. I don't care what anyone says he's gonna surpass them all .. Ongarbaev, Sandris, Gasparini. It's gonna happen. You compare what he does at his age and what they did at his age and it's evident that Rino is simply a bigger talent and quite frankly a naturally bigger human being with more potential in absolute strength. At Rino's age Gasparini and Ongarbaev weighed around 80-85kg while he weighs around 100-110kg and wins medals in the WAF seniors.
The last 2 months I have been using your training method and it definitely works for me 💪 I'm now able to beat a few people that I couldn't beat before so thanks 👍

Thank you! I got the table from the Mazurenko Equipment website and the pulley from Krasimir (you just need to contact him through Facebook) 😊

Strong 💪Doing back with double strap is much better for me thanks for sharing that :)
What you showed, we do at home in an armchair with a ribbon-loop. We throw on the armrest. With two ribbons, we train grip strength.

I usually rest anywhere from 4 to 5 minutes to 10 minutes. It depends on how I feel 😌

I rest 3 days before a competition and I stop lifting heavy as well, 3 days before :)
Ermes gasparini did back pressure only gripping with the hand.
Whats the difference gripping like you over the hand and the wrist?
The difference is that when you do it like I do, your rising doesn't limit the amount of weight that your hammer can lift, because there is much less stress put on it. Hope you understand :D

Is it a 70 mm handle or 50mm handle you are doing the 65kg with in video?

If i want to increase my curl numbers how often should we train in a week ?
It depends on how you are planning on training, for strength or hypertrophy 😅 For strength it would be ideal to train every day of the week, but for hypertrophy, I'm not so sure :)
