I watched your baking videos to relax, but they made me realize how much I miss baking. I thought I hated all the work, but I don't. I hate my kitchen! So I have completely changed my kitchen to focus on cooking and baking again. So far, I've made a spice cake, cheesecake, and later today I will try to make palmier pastries. I hope someday I will have the confidence to make this too. I don't think I would have started at all without your videos. Thank you!
