I've listened to Super Junior's and Seventeen's cover of this song, and although their versions are "polished" and less chaotic, and probably to many people better, they still can't beat the original. In my opinion, this song isn't supposed to be "polished", it's supposed to be chaotic. The happiness these guys show while singing this song is exactly how this song should be sung. I loved it first time I heard it from an old CD back in 2007/2008, and I love it now too.
Exactly, i always hate how Happiness is turned into a sad and safe ballad while it should be chaotic and fun. No one can beat Woohyuk, Tony, Jaewon's weird but energetic rap at the beginning of the song

in the past it just older people who know first gen, but i think they get more respect nowadays, 2nd generation group who have disbanded even just need to wait for couple of years for reunion, H.O.T and Sechskies need more than 15 years for reunion because the industry nowadays paying tribute for them (internationally too)
