  • This week, Scottie and Sylvia delve into the importance of prioritizing your mental health during Minority mental health month.
Buckle up for an exploration of the chaos that often accompanies your twenties-a tumultuous period filled with self-discovery, relationships, career choices, and societal expectations. Scottie and Sylvia provide relatable anecdotes, valuable lessons, and strategies for embracing uncertainty and finding personal fulfillment. But that's not all-prepare to question the phrases we've internalized throughout our lives, phrases that may actually be holding us back. The hosts dig deep into harmful societal conditioning, encouraging listeners to challenge these damaging beliefs and redefine their own narratives.
Come back to our TH-cam channel for the visuals every Friday.

Scottie and Sylvia, y'all did a masterful job sharing vulnerability, self awareness and tools to cope with and manage the ghetto that is adulting (as Jade & Keia on Gettin Grown say). Much appreciated

Scottie thanks for being transparent about what was going on in your life during your 20s. We are the same age and I can totally relate especially about questioning your faith as well as having a deadline and God working on a timeline. I used to be so depressed in my early 20s into my late 20s because of not accomplishing certain things by a certain time and just not being confident in myself. I really love this episode.

Thank you ladies for these Gems!! Currently 25 going through a breakup cause my partner is moving to another state. It definitely crossed my mind, “Am I not worthy.. what did I do wrong?!” But like ya’ll said It’s not always about us, it really be about the person and that is sooo true and there life decisions.. It still hurts but you gotta put yourself first and I learned stop tryna prove to a mf who you are. Just show up as yourself and everything else will show itself. Thank you ladies for this great, therapeutic episode and also for being soo vulnerable. 🙏🏾❤️

I love that you two focused on this topic. I work in the mental health field, and we still need discussions like this to break the stigma of mental health for black and brown people!

I love these two. I'm a Gen X'er and still learning how to love myself more and more and they always find a way to drop some gems that I can apply to my life even at my big age lol
