This is really good. I will try to implement these as my standard drills. Both separately and as a whole in the third drill. I needed to watch several times to grasp it somewhat. 🙂 Thanks guys.
Happy New Year!! Thanks for always sharing golf swing gems with us! Gonna have to check you guys out soon for a video analysis, impact has been gross for me lately. Flippy over draws/pull draws 😅
Really cool to see some drills guys - will be working on this prior to my virtual! The front loader drill, does the trail hand release like a underarm throw ie palm starts to point toward the sky /back across the lead shoulder (been rewatching at 1:51 but think my eyes are getting boggled now 😵💫)
How do I move the center of mass forward while the ribs are moving back when I set up behind the ball and not hover it? Great video/drills. I feel the bouncy element of the swing now. The dribble analogy is awesome.
So Good, Those were more than drills. They are the Action. If you Front Load you engage your Left Obliques. As you Pendulum Back into Walk it, you Right Spiral Load, As the Club rises you Fall into that Nicely Displaced Left Heel. So Left Load, Right Load, Strike, Window. TJ, Nice Footwork, Your starting to Own that Left Heel. When that becomes second nature you will Spiral in Spades! Simple is as Simple Does! Great Start to 2024.
Great drills. Thank you for explaining in clear detail. As I try these, how many reps per day and number of days should I invest until I can expect to notice results, recognizing each of us are at varying degrees of experience?
Love the drills. The send it drill provides rhythm and time in the load phase. How do you replicate or practice that feeling after the backswing ( in the Elite swing map) where you’ve moved the midline toward the target? It feels hurried and less rhythmic from the address position. I hope that make sense.
Would love to see players provide a bit of extension in the trail wrist following the midline/pressure trigger move as an energy trigger. Buys the player more time rather than addicting the lead arm early
Hi great vids you guy are putting out. With front loader does it matter where the toe of the club points ? TYs points to 1 or 2 o'clock. Mine points to 10 or 11 o'clock
10 or 11 would be indicative of a bit more face stability, while 1 or 2 would be a bit more face rotation. One is not necessarily better than the other, and we see great swingers with both patterns
Great video. I have a question about front loader. The drill seems to have you push the arms through first and the chest follows but in your full swing it looks much more like the chest clears before the arms. Which is correct? Thanks.
Ideally the arms and the chest are both active to the finish throughout the unload phase (after P5). Since the club has such a longer journey we like players to feel the club actively release in the drill
I am surprised the "Front Loader" does not start at the impact position rather than the ready position. Any thoughts on this? I worked on these drills today and really smoothed out my swing and had plenty of clubhead speed. Thanks again, Tom
Question in these drills your head is moving back and forth and not quite. My head sway is an issue for me in top and fat shots. How do I incorporate these dills while keeping my head quiet?
If your head is moving a lot, chances are your pelvis is moving a lot. Think about rooting your pelvis into the ground as you move 🙏, keeping your legs underneath your ribs
Thanks for watching! If you’d like to book a virtual session with our team, please visit elitegolfofaz.com 🙏

Fantastic and please keep up posted!!! 🙏❤️
Great video to start the year, HNY! Would also love to see a few more on pitching, chipping and partial wedges :)
That sounds great! Logged and on the docket! HNY to you as well!!!
Thanks for another great video!
I tend to thin the ball, not setting press on the ball, any good drills for that?
For sure! We can make a video in the coming months on reasons why players think the ball 🙏
Great stuff gents, video save to playlist. Will be putting these drills straight into practise session.
Fantastic! Keep us posted please!!!
i like it, a different way to look at and feel the action. you guys work well together.
Thanks man!
Great swing Advice video tips

lol, it can for sure but there will be some amount of pronation through the strike as well 👍
So exciting back to basics ! When do u launch the online master course and pricing ?
More info on that coming out tomorrow 😜

Right on! To move pressure forward properly, keep turning midline away from target during final stages of backswing while you recenter 🙏

Starting off may need more but as you get familiarized with the exercises you won’t need as many.

Can’t believe this is free. Could I tie an impact rehearsal into a front loader?
Of course!

Fantastic! And yes, we want impact to be a phase not a point in space that players try to get to… instead the intention is to get through that phase 🙏
When you drop to the honey hole, should the hips return to square or remain closed?
Can be either based in player, but would love to see the player remain closed for longer into transition

Didn't realize I was a prospector cause this is a gold mine
lol! Solid quote!!!!
I was gonna say the same thing. This is gold 😮💨
