A smile goes a long way. :) I actually met a few of these guys at a truck stop I was working at a long time ago when they were on tour. They weren't in great moods, due to the travel, but they showed us (mere McDonald's workers) a lot of respect. I could never get into their music, but I've always said they're one of my favorite bands because of it. lol
