I recommend you separate reality from the media you consume, so as to not let your life be consumed by it. This video is in no way any kind of endorsement, or support of the Israeli regime. I'm largely a pro-Palestine enjoyer, albeit I most often plead to the complexity of an issue I know only a surface-level knowledge of rather than take a harsh stance. Seems pretty similar. To me the dynasty mechanics and legacies seemed to be the closest thing to bloodlines previously, this new addition seems to add a bit more. Happy to see it. Bloodlines in CK2 where a really fun roleplay mechanic
23:15 I had an issue doing the Pharoah islands achievement where the legend got picked up and owned by another character who then completed it-since i needed to complete the legend myself as a Scottish character, I ran a murder scheme on the other guy and once he died, the legend was available to be picked up and “owned” by Malcom of Scotland who I was playing as. I agree with you that it’s not clear how the game decides who becomes the next owner of a legend when a character dies. Perhaps it gets randomly assigned to someone who was promoting it during the initial lifetime the legend was started?
You missed the opportunity to go for "Sons of Scota" and reviving Ancient Egyptian culture. Honestly seeing the title and starting location that's what I thought you will do ;)
I wish there was a mod that gave your titles on an Adventure to unlanded children / family members of yours, or gave you the choice who to elevate, rather than just randoms. It's so weird and feels really jarring. Every time I have to go into debug mode, retake all the titles, and then give them to people who _should_ have gotten them... I'd also love a mod that, if you're playing as a culture with Adventures, you could choose to play as an heir that wouldn't inherit anything, and go on an Adventure instead (kinda like how you can choose to play as an inheritor of a Crusader State). That system could have been so much better implemented by Paradox. It feels very half-baked atm.
Come to think of it, we need an alternative to hunting for Jewish, Buddhist, and possibly Hindu characters, as it doesn't make sense for them. At this point, Hinduism was swerving toward Ahimsa, and neither a Jew nor Buddhist could even eat the meat.
Don’t know why PDX designed the new update should be a giant wave of debuffs instead of things like vassals raising their whole armies for kingdom level wars
Evangelise the realm is so broken lol. I converted all of France and Arabia into Asatru with just a single click and the additional kingdom holy war CB with fundamentalism makes managing my realm so much easier (rebellion is easy to kill). You can do holy legends a lot of times too, pagan Roman empire run is now so much easier

So basically Legends is just the Bloodlines from CK2 from what I'm getting, but a little bit more expanded. Nice to see those make a return I guess.
