In this video I walk you through a trade taken using my Session Momentum strategy applied to the GBPUSD market, live, and I outline the day trading setup I use to trade this market just once every morning. The forex trading strategy provides us with one simple, repeatable, and more importantly profitable trade at the start of every session.

Great video Will. i'll be honest you seemed like a good guy, but i honestly didn't expect this strategy to work. I hope you found out what he does here before now but he is taking a sell trade in forex when at about 7am UTC or 2am EDT the market breaks below the M level in the center so the V in the center of the M. Its the most recent double top that looks like the M. The fact the second top is lower is also a good sign and there are a few others leading up to it. I'd say there are at least 5 things that show this trade setting up.

Good video. You are obviously looking at the last LOW on the 5 minute candle. When you entered, you simply waited for a LOWER LOW, Lower close. As long as we realise small time frames can and are manipulated - then no probs. Just stick to the trading rules.
Mann you are a good man that is a true strategy
connect trend line pick hh on uptrend and when it touch 3rd high along with trend line take short position if volume is increasing because if volume is increasing and price decreasing then its a strong bearish prediction by big players. Same goes with down trend in opposite direction connect LL on down trend and from 3rd low take long position if volume is increasing. Another rare and golden setup is take hh and connect it with next two bottoms and after touching 2nd bottom immediately take long position.

There is no short cut and 100% mechanical system in trading
I am really surprised that many different people around the globe with different cultures think the same why I figured out this strategy before watching this video I thought it was my special strategy that no one knows about it except me! Bought the Dax strategy initially and my profitability according to my spreadsheet has gone up a huge amount and it’s great edge to have in the toolbox for trading. Placed the trade in the morning. Then let it run and hit TP. Simple. Took away the anxiety of the fluctuations. Then I recently bought the GBPUSD Strategy which I wish I bought at the start. But I was very skeptical. But the GBPUSD strategy has been ridiculously successful for me. Will thank you man! Really do appreciate your help throughout!

What candle hour do we enter the trade..?
Is this session momentum strategy a 60% success rate with 1:2 risk to reward every time. Meaning if I take 10 trades it’s likely that I will succeed on 6 fail on 4 and because of risk to reward still come out on top with profit?
A great question Paras, let me lend a hand. A strategies win-rate changes with every trade i.e. I could hand you a +60% win-rate strategy, but if when you begin using it there and three, four wins in a row, the win-rate will rise in-line with the sample-size of data we've taken to calculate the win-rate in the first place, or vice versa. To give a more basic answer though, the strategy does currently come with a win-rate well above +50% with smaller target/s in-use, meaning you are somewhat correct on the above 👍

I admire the financial independence of people, But you can live better if you work a little more. After watching this I think there are people out there, on the extreme, who plan to die early just to be able to retire early. To each their own but to me, retirement isn't just about not having to work, it's about having the freedom to do whatever you might reasonably want, such as travel, buying things, enjoying life, etc. I don't think I could retire with less than $3m in income-generating investments, maybe $2m at the very minimum. I plan to work until I'm at least 45

how much to learn the pound dollar strategy?

Topstep for USA have futures and forex, but there is some down side. In USA you get a 1099 check and pay taxes. If you could trade your own account, you have a better 60/40 long term gain split for taxes. So best to get to your own account as fast as possible. FTMO does not say the platform

Hi Kross. This setup typically occurs within an hour of the UK 07:00 open in most cases. Following execution as the strategy is mechanical we then walk away allowing the trade to play out, without any self-sabotage, etc. We simply follow the strategy rules and the results take care of themselves. I certainly wouldn’t suggest blindly buying or selling based on any ‘latest bars’ as you’ll have no idea where to accurately execute, place a stop-loss or a profit-target, let alone what market to apply this to, what timeframe to apply this to, etc. You’d effectively be just guessing and gambling which only ever leads to losing money. What I'm doing here in the video is sharing the setup - Minus the parameters - Along with the process and expending on how the strategy came about, that being via recognising the pattern that I noticed was playing out time and again at the start of each session, which I then built data on and built the strategy that I now trade at the start of each session around. How is that live when candles werent moving?
Hi Driendysky. Hmm, a very strange comment to receive as this is a screen-recording, via my computer, and you can see the candles moving throughout [by watching the whole video]. On top of that, as the strategy is traded using mechanical rules, it is one hundred percent impossible to 'fake' a trade, because each is printed on the chart as-per the rules. All you'd have to do is learn the rules, scroll back to this trading session, plot them, and you would only ever see this trade triggered by the rules. If it was so simple, you must be a millionare by now. No setup happens everyday or repeat frequently.

You're absolutely right, no setup happens *every* day, but many setups that provide edge do indeed recur [The setup that you see me trading in the above video is one of these]. If traded correctly, skewing risk-reward in our favour, we're able to capitalise on these, profiting via the edge provided over a reliable sample-size. It's the essence of professional trading, and it's also my mantra; Trade statistically-proven sources of edge with confidence and consistency. It's also the reason why traders build strategies and simply apply these with, again, consistency 👍

There are a lot of strategies to make tongue-wetting profit that the average joes don't know. . Personally, the financial-market for me seems the only way forward with my long time horizon (accrued roughly $457k in gains since Mid 2021 ) but if you don’t have that fortune of time it’s a tough market out there almost nowhere feels safe!

How you made 200 pounds with 6 contracts and 40 pips profits? Can you please break down the math?
Hi GV. I can indeed, happy to help. I don't trade using contracts, I use a 'spread bet' broker and pay a 'spread' on the way in and out of trades. The position size you see on-screen here is £-per-pip rather than lot-size 👍
