to kill 279, shoot at the flatest part of the turret you can shoot at. The turret isn't that well armoured against APFSDS and between the compact crew and all of the ammunitions, you'll always either disable the turret crew or detonate it in one shot
9.0 is one of the best BRs to avoid full uptiers. I think you almost sold me on the TAM 2IP with the DM33 shot on the T72A penning the front armor. What a beast of a light tank its terrifying
It’s probably the best value premium tank I have ever bought. Works fine in higher line ups too. Only minor hold back is lack of thermals but you can deal with that.
Well 9.0 is a good spot, you avoid the 10.3 premium spam. You get to see the 2s38 though, this things eats early Leos alive. Shouldnt be 10.0 but that's a different story.

It’s not entirely the eyes that are the problem it’s that most German mains are blasting music.. in a game where hearing is important for situational awareness… Germany suffers because of idiots like these. That and the assholes who purposely shoot you down or push you out of cover to get you killed.
I think a lot of it is due to it being probably the most played nation for new players and so they do a lot of learning, and dying, in tanks by playing them 'incorrectly' so it feels like Germany is weak but really it's just inexperience for the most part.

I think A1A1 should be in 8.7. A1A1 need DM33 or lazer rangefinder or thermals to be in 9.0
