I must say this. I found your channel accidentally and so glad I did. You have helped me so much reaffirm that even at 83 I can still use makeup that feel looks good on me, wear trending (age appropriate) clothing) and also recommending other channels that I have really enjoyed. You are the first influencer I have followed since I started looking on TH-cam. I have been wearing makeup. My wardrobe has brightened up with Wal-Mart finds and caftans. I also just got the bag you showed us recently. I am happy when I see a new video from you. If anyone gives me a compliment I always thank them and tell them they were so kind to notice. We both feel good. You please keep on doing what you have been doing. It is almost a year since I have been watching and I learn something new all the time. Donna, I was you 16 yrs. ago, when they didn't have TH-cam, so it was difficult to get me going again! Patti is great, but you should also watch Little Poet. I believe Patti follows her, as well. The difference is that Susan (Little Poet), is single and about 67, and does great videos about feeling better about yourself!!

I love your channel Patti! Not even sure how I got here but your grace and kindness is what kept me coming back and relating to someone who is close to my age. Absolutely love your chats and content and you are right on about all of what you speak to. I think being of the same generation is a large part of it as well, as we "share" commonality from youth to now and issues of life as we have lived through all these different stages with family, friends, lifestyle, moving and older children and "grands"..............I love every stage of life and even tho meeting some challenges as we get older we are still in it for the ride! A beautiful ride even with difficulties. I believe we are blessed to have these years behind and ahead of us!

Something funny about word “ influencer “ for me…I connect the word as being bad..because I remember my parents telling me when I was in the 11-14 year age range I couldn’t be friends with “ so and so” because they were bad “ influence” on me..so I always connect that word in a negative sense and call most of you that I listen to still as “utubers “😂

I've been making the rounds watching this tag and getting to know some new creators I haven't watched before. You have such a calm and gentle way about you and I just loved watching this. I'm sick right now too, but when I'm better, I think I'll put this at the top of my "to film" list.
You have been a wonderful influence for me; not to purchase anything (although you did introduce me to the caftan, which I absolutely love and have been a godsend to me in the hot weather), but how to grow older gracefully. You along with other older TH-cam ladies have taught me to find my style as an older, 66 year old woman, so thank you for your channel. Patti you have truly helped me so much since I have started watching your videos. I had been in a really low funk for quite a while and couldn't seem to find my way out. I must say THANK YOU for helping me turn .myself around. I'm 71. I had my boys at 41 and 43. I feel that helped to keep me young. But boys move away and suddenly you ask yourself what now. I didn't feel good about myself. Then my sister died last September. Down hill I went. My best friend knew I had to work it out on my own. Finally I'm back. Mostly. Glad to hear your on the mend. I had the same thing starting the day after the 4th and it lasted 6 days. I tested myself 3 times all negative. I stayed home for awhile and had to get my sea legs back. I was just weak. My husband never got it, thank the Lord.

Really enjoyed this video. I have been kicking around starting a channel in the foreseeable future and have been gathering information on the logistics. In my 70 years I have been blessed to have been in a place of influence (I pray it was of a positive nature)and think I may have experienced enough of life that might be of some interest to others. I have been involved in public ministry as well as being in the fashion and beauty industry for over 40 years. As you mentioned, there aren't that many ladies of our age producing content, and the younger creators, although excellent in their presentation, often don't have content that relates to where I am at this stage of life. You mentioned having a lot of allergies or whatever since moving to Florida, it reminded me of my then 3 year old nephew, who when the family moved to Florida, kept having rashes & sinus issues & the pediatrician at the time said that a lot of kids have issues due to the different grasses down here.
