Are you in WA (saw a Washington plate)? I'm in Puyallup. We have a 92.5 that has fully working ECS but I'd like to preserve it and install new coil-overs that give us somewhere between Touring and Sport (Sport is just a bit too jarring for my mid-40s body)... How do you like these and where in the SportTour spectrum would you place them in terms of feel? Sub'd to follow your build. We've been wanting to work on VR4 content but after purchasing it a year ago we've had a lot of life events taking up most of our time...but hoping to do some in the coming months.
Yeah I'm over in central WA! Currently with these coilovers I have the dampening set to the stiffest setting so its very bumpy and not really that comfortable as I dont want my wheels going and hitting my fenders. I cant really test them out on a soft setting without possibly messing up my fenders. There should be some coilovers out there that are in between the touring and sport of our OEM suspension but these are very stiff.
I was just gifted me a 51k miles 1993 3000gt SL, I have blown shocks in the front and I’m wondering, does Mitsubishi not make parts for 3000gt no more?
to be honest it doesn't really ride "nicer", the stock suspension rides really nice in my opinion. I installed these because I wanted to be lower and have my suspension a lot stiffer. These coils are great and I love them but stock is definitely more comfortable. And no sorry I keep all my stock parts, I dont want to have to find stock parts down the road if I ever want to swap back
It is good but it is bouncy, that being said i have mine set to the stiffest setting so that is to be expected, ive never driven with them set any softer
nice 3kgt!! keep on going

As far as I’m aware they no longer make OEM parts for our cars
Did you put the automatic suspension back on? if u add new coils u can't have the automatic suspension anymore?
No Im still on the coilovers so I don’t have electronic suspension right now
Just wondering how much nicer it rides ,you wanna sell your old I struts,,,

Looks sweet!
is the ride quality good or is it bouncy ?

@@RostenDrives do you think it’s possible to lower and have less bounce or is bounce just comes with dropping your car ?
@@albreyg2432 you can definitely lower your car and not have your coils so stiff it just depends on if it makes you rub or not
how works that brand?
so far theyve been great!
@@RostenDrives okay, thanks man
