Been a Kayack fisherman in South Florida, we like to fish @ Spanish River Park, great for Kings and tunas, sometime wahoos too. Love your show, tips and videography. Good work
Thanks for the support! I’ve only fished Navarre and Pompano Beach. First time hearing about Spanish River Park. Would love to get further down south one of these days.
What's up Chris!!!! Glad to see some new content bro! Been waiting, but I know we're all busy, especially with this pandemic. Going to Florida? Be safe brother, and can't wait to see the new content. Tight line's never stop brotha!!!
Good Luck in Florida man!! Looks like I might be getting an Old Town Predator. I notice you use your other kayak, do you think the predator can handle offshore fishing? I was looking at the Native Slayer 12.5 propel as well, but not sure about the pedal drive on that unit. I know you tried the titan, what do you think? I would go test out some kayaks, but with everything going on right now, no one is doing demos so I have to pick everyone's brains. haha Y'all be blessed man. take care.
The old town predator pdl is similar to a hobie PA in terms of stability and room. I know a few guys in South Florida that use them exclusively offshore and onshore. They really like them a lot.
Yes the Predator PDL does well offshore as long as you fish it within it's own means. You'll see me transition between the Trident offshore a lot due to our surf. It's not that the Predator can't handle it, its just that I have much more control personally with the Trident. I also enjoy utilizing hull storage to hold fish over a fish bag since I'm usually off the water rather quickly. I think you'll enjoy the Predator both inshore and offshore.
Man I love these videos! I’m a bass fisherman looking to venture out into the salt life here soon. thanks for all the content bro! Headed down to Port A next month to try out some reds 🤙🏼. here goes nothing!
What kayak would you recommend for as a solid inshore and offshore kayak? I have a perception pescador pro and don't think it could handle offshore lol

That's always a tough question to answer because it depends on a few things. What's your budget first of all?

Perfectly fine. Thanks for tuning in Elioth!
I got a stress fracture in my pedal slot. I almost sank. Hobie pulled a Chris Cuomo with a “awwwww that sucks” and told me to pound sand.
