Ditch the carpeting for luxury look. Carpeting just screams apartment all over it. First thing I'm doing with my condo purchase in three weeks is ditching carpeting. . But the layout is pretty cool I gotta admit. I love small living places. My place is 840 sq ft. Just right to remodel and maintain.
