Ok thanks. Gotta question did you or do know how to replace/remove the convertible latch on the top. My driver side hook piece snapped and I order just that part and the hook because the latch arm is good?
@@impala6524 I never had to pull mine apart; my chrome guy did when he chromed and put new bushings in it. I wouldn’t think it was to hard to do though. It’s already broke, so you don’t have to worry about breaking it. And you’ve got your good one to compare it too. I’ll look at mine when I get it back from the transmission shop and see if I can help in any way; if you haven’t fixed it by then
I just hope they finally get it right! It gets pretty frustrating breaking down over the same issues. It’s been like 3 months or so since I got to take her out; I definitely can’t wait to hit the streets again!

Mines the 2500; but I’m sure the 1500 would pull it just fine. My buddy pulled a 59 wagon from New York to Missouri with a F150, no problems at all.
