The layout is perfect and the architect maximized the corner lot features. All rooms are huge and well-lit and house is well ventilated.
I believe that the village has access going to NLEX and very close to commonwealth new MRT station. Location alone makes the property worth the price. Add to that, the house looks amazing. 👍

I needed that huge space for my cars. Luxury and sports cars go to the gated garage then the rest of the cars outside. The masters bedroom location is perfect because i can see all my cars from the balcony and i have the view of the pool as well. The place seems tranquil and relaxing because of the greenery.

The layout is good. What is not so good with Philippine house architecture is that, architects and designers do not design/create a dedicated space/room for a laundry area. I hope we improve in this area. Especially on large space such as this one. To me a loveky home can be guage in three areas: the utility - electric connection, cable, water lines with main shut of, wifi connection cable, aircon space; the bathroom and laudry space.

Layout is terrible. Parang pilit masyado yung mga spaces. May isang room pa sa taas na wala man lng windows. Tsk tsk tsk. Sayang yung pagka corner lot nya.
No architectural background. Pero parang na prioritize pool area ng lot. Crowded na yun livinng at dining, tapos instead na regular room na yun pantry hinati pa into helper quarters.
Pansin ko rin walang attention to details. Yun top ng split type aircon nakadikit na kisame, dapat may space ang top for air intake. For me nasayang corner lot para lang magpasikat sa pool area. In short, na exhaust na ng pool area ang lot instead na maging main amenity and functional area ang ground floor
Depende sa preference din. May mga taong prefer ang malaking outdoor space like me. After quarantine nung pandemic, I said to myself na sa future house ko gusto ko ng malaking outdoor space, not for a pool though, but for a garden... Ang napansin ko naman dito ay bakit pa ginawang 4 carport, sayang yung space kasi kung pwede naman palang magpark sa labas dahil dead end. Maybe for security reason din
Malaki na ang outdoor space tama lang na may swimming pool dun at yung size ng pool eh hndi naman sinakop lahat dahil ang laki pa ng garden space. Kung functional area lang din naman malaki na yung ground floor. Yung pantry tama lang yan na nandun kasi yung ang market nyan mayayaman kaylangan pantry para storage ng food at malamang meron maid at driver yan kaya nga may drivers room sa labas. Hndi nasayang ang space ng corner lot.

Ang pangit ng flooring. Obviously hindi pantay yung tiles KC ang daming puddles ng tubig n natitira. Which is bad. Imagine tirik Yung araw tapos may mga puddles p din ng tubig.
