They brought a can-do attitude from Rio, and did in Tokyo. Very fair play to them. As a Brit, they showed the the Irish Women's 4- and the British how it can be done. Beautifully simple, with a lot of honed graft.

The Irish boys finally got their gold 👏👏💪💪 although Gary wasn't part of the team to win it this time. I think it's still inspiring how the goal to win gold stayed consistent for 5 years after their successful Rio stint. Big fan of Paul, such a motivated and driven lad. An inspiration!
