I am pursuing a career in fitness and I am doing it afraid. I attended a two days personal fitness trainer workshop, unsure of what is ahead of this route for me.

Whichever way, I know I can trust God with my career and passion. It’s okay to not have it all figured out but I trust God. Anyhow! Woh I documented a bit of how my two days training went, I also learnt how to administer CPR. I talked about the examination that comes after this NFPT (National Federation Of Professional Trainers) training as well.

A good added bonus would be learning nutrition. Please target the Afro Caribbean population, this would be your niche. Black people need to learn about consuming to much sugary drinks , fruits and Carbohydrates and many more foods. There are too many people dying of cardiovascular diseases, history is repeating itself. I say at least the older generation was not well informed.
