Le style jusqu'en 1980 ou Yagami va devenir une star de NEW MUSIC tendance discothèque et Iwasaki restera un peu plus New Music tendance traditionnelle ( même si elle a aussi des titres City Pop ). Leurs techniques sont différentes : Iwasaki c'est plutôt jeune fille japonaise bien élevé (merci papa) , innée, travail avec professeurs de chant et diaphragme. Yagami c'est rebel, autodidacte, larynx et des heures de travail personnel (inspiré par la voix d'Iwasaki dès 1976). Leurs puissances sont quasi identiques (aujourd'hui toutes les 2 ont perdues dans les aiguës et la longueur mais que cela reste beau à 66 ans, par comparaison ANRI a perdu plus) tout comme la pureté de la diction, la tenue cristal de la voix et sa longueur. そうなんです。ポプコン、つま恋から70年代に出た八神純子とはリアルタイムでとてもいい時期をごいっしょ出来て幸せでした。
思い出は美しすぎてはボサノバだし隠し味のようにブラジルを取り入れてこの時代のポップスとしては斬新でした。
