Allan reminds me of my dad who was a engineer at Martin and bakers where they make ejecter seats 💺, over here in Douglas Isle of man ,love all your work dudes ❤❤❤🎉🎉thanks dude Paul, hi from Douglas ❤❤❤😮😮😮😅😅😅😅😅
I rescued a Leon Wallace Chopper in the Spring of 1978. It was abandoned in a Mews Garage in London and It was based on a 1943 WLC Harley 750 Flat Head. I spent about a months worth of spare time going right through it and up and running well. Happier times.
I'd love you guys to make a programme called Mechanic Depression and each week help bikers with a perpetual problem about mechanics, troubleshooting, solving the problem, and tips for all round good maintenance 😊

I love my new bike(zx9r), but we have some small issues and a big one. She was laid down by the last owner. Ut my serious issue is. He told me about misfire, and it cuts out. So yesterday I went to go out and BOOM it misfired, spluttered, cut out,and gave me a horrible burning white coolant smoke. This bike is less than a week in my hands. I fear the guy knew about this. Now I've racked my brains all night going through Zx9r forums and finding contradictory comments and reviews about the issue. My local garages aren't as honest. I need an honest telling off for buying a lemon or help fixing my lemon so i can love it more. I know im due some comments like you've been robbed or what a mug. But all I'm asking for is some help. Id be most grateful.

Taking a risk not checking that sludge trap!
Can hardly wait for the next episode. Hopefully it won't be long coming.

Gary needs to wear a respirator. Even us old skool polishers wear a mask.

Allen knows his engines.
The master at work Allen Millyard
I had a Leon Wallace paint job on my unit 1972 TR6 650 Triumph Chopper back in 1980.
Lovely that
4:03 A 1979 engine? It looks archaic!
Shouldn't a torque spanner be used with this engine?
Funny that within the four minutes of this video this engine gets one year younger! From 1978 (1:07) to 1979 (4:04).
Briteshine cotton wadding is better than autosol. Doesn't scratch before it polishes 👍

I fear the head has said Bye-bye
The only time Triumph engines didn’t leak was when there was no oil in.
You have the engine out, barrel off WHY? wouldn't you do the sludge trap
That's what I thought, only thing I could think of is when they sell it it's SEP.
Could do with Alan rebuild my NC-02E engine 😂😂
Alen
