For the music during record issue, if you use obs (idk about streamlabs obs but should still exist) you can setup it a way so you can get rid of only one audio track during the montage. So you can listen music during your stream and not have it on your record/yt video

Yea that sounds like recording and i do have it set that way. But i download VODs from twitch stream manager and basically whatever u guys hear during the stream is what I will download and there is no option to separate it. I could record while streaming, but I lag alot when I do that
