Had a June '76 Mk1, one of the very first in UK, the PO won it on MCN spot the ball. Now have an '81 Mk2, great around the Lake district last year and hopefully this year too. Great ride, thumbs up for this vid.

The 850’s definitely like to rev. I had a mk1 and a pair of Mk III’s. Currently own a LM 1000. All great bikes, but the additional midrange and top end on the LM 1000 makes it my favorite. It’s a sort of sweet spot between the 850 LM’s and the carb Sport 1100. Anyway, thanks for posting.

I have a Moto Guzzi 850 leMans 2 white Black original 1980 and put some new Magneti Marelli Ignition coils behind the white plastic side caps yesterday wit just good placed near the load regulator, tomorrow new cable for ignition and new contact points !
