Thanks for your guides. Very helpful. Once I moved my whatsapp number to the cloud API, I'm able to send and receive messages from the Cloud API, but I lost the ability to run the phone whatsapp app on this number. Is these a way to see the sent/received messages in a user friendly way or I must build my own UI from my DB stored messages?
Hi Stephane, I tested the API here, if you setup a webhook, then you can build your own UI
@@pms_code Yes that's correct. Question was if there was a way to use whatsapp UI rather than developing the UI from scratch. API point of view, I got everything working including the webhook. Now building a new UI from scratch is not fun

Question is why do we have to wait for the client to respond before sending further messages
To start a conversation with the customer, we have to send the templates, but we can send multiple message templates, but to send other messages we have to wait until we get a response from the customer
