i have a similar battery for my electric saw and i was trying to charge the battery with my rc charger via jack but charger cannot find battery , should i solder cables on bms with xt60 ? if yes where do i have to connect the xt60

@Pinki Chowdhury , They are called adhesive insulation rings. If you write specific number of the lithium cell you will get the exact one. for example - "18650 adhesive insulation ring".
I’ve thought it, but this inbuilt BMS is a waste. I wonder how still it’s work with just one high power low internal MOS at least it should have 2or more to balance; poorly built. No Temperature NTC either, hence decided to move on to a replacement. Thanks
@@LahisTechLT There is very much a temperature NTC present which can clearly be seen @ 3.19, the small black plastic dot surrounded by white plastic protection.
All good if you are doing this as a for profit business. For the average person the cost of special spot welder, battery testers, misc tools and parts is too much. You could replace your old battery packs for new ones several times over and simply plug them in to the tool. So thanks but No thanks.

It took only 2 hour to show you the real capacity? Mine is liitokala but it take at least 7-15h to test the capacity

I use the tester on the 20 A range and measure every single element for a few seconds
the test leads are schunt resistor
good batteries exceed 30A
The test leads were too thin. Any more current or time and they would have melted.
The power switch have 1 ic and 1 fet , you can prepair the switch !
