I visited maithon youth hostel January 2024. In my experience, it is the worst youth hostel in West Bengal. It has no restaurant and no eating facility at all, even tea also. Outside of this hostel, there is no good food shop and restaurant. The behavior of caretakers I.e. Suvojit and Arup Baruri is very bad and even they are not cooperative also. The cars nos. WB44A4567 and WB38AA3474 they arranged. The behavior of drivers named Suraj Thakur is very rough. He claimed more money forcefully from me in presence of caretakers and I bound to give it. So, you don't book this youth hostel and there car also.

ভিডিও টি ভালো লাগলো। ইউথ হোস্টেল যেন ড্যাম থেকে মানে মজুমদার নিবাস থেকে কত দূরে। এখানে খাওয়ার কি ব্যাবস্থা আছে। ভেতরেই কি আছে। কোয়ালিটি কেমন। ইউথ হোস্টেল থেকে হেঁটে কত দূরে খাবার দোকান গুলো। আপনার কোথায় খেতেন। কারন কিছু যায়গাতেই কাঁচ জিনিস নিয়ে যেতে বলে ওঁরা রেঁধে দেয় পয়সায় বিনিময়ে।
