We used to go to Great Wolf Lodge for Halloween when are kids were younger! Too funny! I also love Meijer! Hubby and I met while we were attending Michigan State University and we ALWAYS shopped at Meijer...and we still do. Not the same one, but they're everywhere! Lol!

What We Do in the Shadows is hilarious! The OG movie was filmed in my neighbourhood, so it just felt so familiar and like an actual documentary - that's why they kept the humour so deadpan. Taika Waititi and Jemaine Clement did an amazing job. There is also a spin off show called 'Wellington Paranormal', which focuses on the police (characters who were in the movie) dealing with the antics of supernatural beings around Wellington. (We live in Wellington, so maybe this is just hilarious to us 😂)
Oh my gosh I work at Build a Bear and we made a special stop just last month to one inside a great wolf lodge- SO fun! I LOVE seeing you guys making a bear 🥰

I love the series too! The movie is funny but the series is hilarious! I just came back from comic con & waited to get in their panel for the Q&A of this week’s episode (so good!). Only bad thing was they ran out of free t-shirts 3 before I got to the front of the line. It was a logo of naja’s new night club. I will say to anyone who hasn’t seen the show yet - it’s rated MA for a reason. It’s doesn’t feel crude but I would not watch it in front of my mom

I watched the movie first or i probably wouldn't watch the show either. Totally wish i could be real life friends with y'all! In my mind we kinda are 🤣. Thanks for all the vlogs! At some point you guys should really go to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore! It’s about 40 min east of Traverse city. If you’re not much of a hiker or you have small kids. Just doing the scenic drive is worth it. So beautiful! And then stop in Leland and go to the Cove restaurant (ask to be seated outside) on the way back to Traverse for lunch or dinner. Such a scenic place and great restaurant. Also recommend Brys Estate winery tour. It’s on the first little peninsula there by Traverse city. Or to at least do one of the winery tours there.
“Looks just like the one at home” For now, the Meijer in Traverse City is being remodeled as we speak. I’ve seen the construction progress pretty frequently.

I live in Indy also and Golden Corral has a nice breakfast buffet and depending on what time you go and what day you go it will be a brunch buffet so they’ll have breakfast and lunch out also you can make your own omelette

As a “Dutchman”-lady--I approve of this road trip. My husband is from Grand Rapids, mom’s side is from Kalamazoo, we live on the IL/IN border so it’s about a two and a half hr road trip. Our favorite camping spot in Michigan is LUDINGTON in the summer ☀️.Want to take my kids to Traverse City, I’ve never been!

This hotel looks the same as it did when I stayed there in 2006/7. Also there used to be a buffalo farm right by this hotel too. You guys should go to the wilderness resort in the dells next summer when they’re bigger.
