Dogs, like any other animal can be unpredictable. Some are friendly while others are not. That is the reason people shouldn't just approach dogs and pet them just because they look cute and friendly. For instance, from what Allison Williams says about this particular dog Nitro one would get the sense that the dog is usually well-behaved and friendly around humans. Maybe something happened on set that caused Nitro to be aggressive... who knows.

It's called a femoral nerve block, you inject ropivacaine along the nerve, it freezes, you lose all sensation in the leg and you can keep it blocks for many days. Very useful post-surgery to allow to avoid opiates.

@@jaihind2816 You can freeze a perfectly intact leg - it's a big-ass needle, ultrasound and a catheter that drips ropivacaine. You don't have to have surgery for it, but generally they only do it for extreme trauma or post-surgery, not for a dog bite for which a local would be used.

Maybe it's me but what a wuss. Not talking about her acting abilities but going to the hospital for 5 stitches. I suppose when you don't want the crazy ass hospital bill from a US hospital you avoid as much as possible going to one. So you bandage it yourself and go on with your day. Again, I am not criticizing her acting abilities just the fact she acted like too much of a 'princess'.
