That's good info. I like it when people share what they learn by experience. Good job!

I have the new sweeps, staggered all the way crossed the rotor. I also went back in with one set of reversers.

i really dont like reverse bars they take quit a bit of HP
did you do anything with helical bars

I put on a sunny brook sweep kit on the rotor. But you don’t need to put anything behind them.

How did you come up with idea for serrated paddles?

Talked to Dan H about them and he put them on years ago and said it helped the feeding to chopper

Run n and r series for 25 years if your going to torch holes you will create vibration into gear box then put small slugs into helical bars then double rotor end shield this will make the machine loss the rotor shutter in hard to harvest conditions plus never have rotor box come loose to bad agco never fixed these small problems

      Thanks for comments
ran machine in 2023 wheat soybeans and had very little vibration we balance the rotor in the combine put gear box in neutral and spun rotor by hand and added weights worked well

You should have punched or drilled your holes in them 1/2 plates now your going to have an unbalanced rotor you might have a shake when when use if it

I will be balancing the rotor in the machine which i have done in the past thanks
