It’s 557 chain which is the same as flagship uses. Now if you are talking the width of the feeder house then it is is narrower then then the flagship machines and lexion. There is also no transition cone to wear out.
I know somebody who's got 9770 they had 13 to 15 years old an has some of same bearings an feeder chain an they pull 1000 to 1100 acres a year and has very few brake down with a 8row.header it's 9770 sts John Deere it's been a dam good Combinine an still a good one
It looks to me like that plate you cut out at about the 6 minute mark should be bolted in so you could remove it to get at the transmission.. other than that it also looks like an easy machine to repair, good job on the video. also I don't see how you got that upper feeder chain in.. it seems to be buried.
I've always been interested in gleaners and like thr concept but how often are repairs like this needed? More specifically how many hours to need to replace the feeder chains

We did Dan Hurts modification on the floor Agco also sells a kit which we did not use Sorry for late responds

Depends on the types of crop you grow but this on has 2500 hrs on the combine and i like to stay ahead on the maintance

Yes it would we also run a R72 with same modification
