My 2nd video I watch from you and I really like your personality. Most videos are like ”omg, we’re here and we are so lucky, so suck it”, but you are real. I have visited Saigon 7 times before, so I see realism here. All the best from Finland
I stayed in D4 when I was in Saigon, I loved it there, it was so close to places I wanted to visit and so many hidden gems through alleyways.. im so happy you're loving Vietnam as much as I did.. I had so many dishes in Vietnam that I seriously couldn't pick a favorite, but I did love Banh Canh Cua has an explosive fresh crab flavor with tapioca noodles.. so if you like seafood you should find a place that sells it..
The best beer is free beer! 🍻 Thanks for showing us this beautiful city! ❤

You are one of the rare people who like to stay and the vibe of Sai Gon. And if you like tall buildings, overlooking the city, you can try landmark 81 in Binh Thanh District, its the highest building in Vietnam, you can go to the scenic spot (cost around $25), or you can search the Blank Louge landmark (75th floor), you can pay for a drink (cheaper compare to the other option). And if you want to explore other districts: D3 and D1 are for finance and tourist, D2 (Thao Dien) is for Westerner expats, D4 is famous for street food, D5 and D6 are the china town, D7 is Japanese and Korean expats, other districts are primarily for the city resident. Hope you have a good time in HCMC and Vietnam, and looking forward to your future videos.
I like the buildings in D2 quiet area and clean but foods in cafes and restaurants are a little bit pricey. It’s nice to explore China town also for food adventure as well as D4 and 5

@@El_.5794 yeah, because D2 and also D7 are considered the richer area of the city, the cost will be heftier, especially in Thảo Điền (D2) and Phú Mỹ Hưng (D7), yet the food and the serving culture will be more 'tolerable" and "foreigner" for foreigner. As the China town in Sai Gon, it will give you a different vibe, a more ancient China per se, also the foodise really remarkable.
Hi zane, i am your avid follower in zane intuitive. Been there for two weeks from April 30th to May 14th😊.. i am a frequent traveller in vietnam and i love that country very much! It's good to see you living like a local there and that the way it should be for me, so you can enjoy HCM❤. I'm pretty sure youwill fall inlove in vietnam like i do❤..Coffee is really the best! Capè Suà da is one of my fave and banh mi of course!must try their different kinds of Mi or noodles there. Hope you enjoy your stay! Visit D2, you can find more places to eat and explore the wide cuisine of vietnam❤ Take Care❤ And oh don'tforgetmy all time fave guìcon or fresh springroll. The best in the world!❤
Wow Zane, I love how you have reinvented your entire life. I got so much guidance from you other channel. And I know how isolating reading can be. So this massive change is wonderful. Love how you inspire me. ❤
Enjoy in Ho Chi Minh city bro.Hopefully you will visit Ha Noi, Ha Long Bay, and Tam Coc in Ninh Binh:))🇺🇸❤🇻🇳 you should to live in Vietnam 🇻🇳really safe country
Hello Zane. There are two caves that you should check them out or google about it when you are in Vietnam next trips. They are Dong Son and Phong nha where its location in central Vietnam. Hope you enjoy your journey...
I love the city vibes of Vietnam and the different foods you can try which are very affordable in western currency. Their coffee is very very strong from Robusta coffee that’s why they add condense milk and for flavors and varieties you can choose many to blend the taste that will also appeal to your palate but if your ok with no milk and sugar one Vietnamese shot is really strong. Can’t wait for you to go to De Nang ang try the Kopi Luwak. Try it there direct from the farm so you can see how they extract the coffee from the poop of the Civet cat. Enjoy Saigon and yes, take the city tour bus at night for sightseeing and neon lights
Obama had “ Bun Cha” with Anthony Bourdaine in Hanoi. I accidentally discovered your video from my country. I am Vietnamese who lives in Canada ( a long time ago ). Thank you for sharing this video. Enjoy your adventures and experiences in Vietnam. Stay safe !
If you’re still in Saigon you might wanna check out Thảo Dien in district 2 where expats and locals live and play. It had many v VN oil coffee chips and restaurants. Korean town in D7. China town in D5.
the motorbikes/scooters flying inside the sidewalks is a common scene in SEA, i was suprised you did not see it in the Philippines, but they have taken over the sidewalks here in PH lol
i can see that , you dont have much times, and you dont know where to go. Next time if you come back, you should go to Nha Trang , Ha Noi, Da Nang, it will be more fun for you. Beside pho we have alot more food that is very good. I hope you have a good times in VietNam
Yeah...Vietnam Wins than Philippines .. Vietnam more modern.. Vietnam richer... Vietnam more friendly... Vietnam more safe... Vietnam more beautiful than Filipina... Vietnam speak better English... Vietnam beaches more bluer... Vietnam humbler people Vietnam # 1 Country.. Vietnam the New USA... Proud to be Vietnamese... Stay in Vietnam Zane... Forget Philippines.... Woot woot ...❤😁🤣💩
I find Vietnam has more tourists not just in certain area but everywhere in the city and provinces. You ride their train, you’ll find western tourists just anywhere you go from street corners to hidden alleys inspite the busy and chaotic streets
@@jeddee3820 Anong problema mo na naman Jed. My comment is not something to insult or belittle Vietnam 🙄 Yan ka na naman hay... Magtravel ka kasi at wag kang bitter sa buhay.
I liked when you bargain with the lady. From 250K VND to 100K VND for a souvenir. Not in the USA. and a free beer at soccer game. No wonder you fall in love with Saigon.
Who told you that negotiation skill you have to obtain when you are in Vietnam lol? Reduce the price to half and then just walk away, they will call you back 😂
It's weird how Westerners are about things like this. Pretty sure they have no problems tossing away a lot more money than that in their own countries (e.g. $5 for mediocre Starbucks coffee everyday), but god forbid they have to spend $1 more on a souvenir while traveling abroad. Rather ridiculous, really.
How cool you got to watch Vietnam's soccer team on a huge screen in the middle of Saigon!!!

If you're in the D1 area, try Pho Quynh, D3 try Pho Pasteur. Pricey by VN standard but not by US standard.
For Pho u should try Pho Le in district 5 one of the oldest in Saigon
I really enjoyed watching your videos mostly his time. More explore Zane ❤

I believe that Pho 2000 had moved. Used to be at a corner.
Obama ate pho with Anthony Bourdain at Bún Chả Hương Liên in Hanoi.

Ho Chi Minh City 🇻🇳 ✌️
there used to be a really good Chicken Pho restaurant, right across to the left, from the Notre Dame church.
I wish i can visit vietnam what i like to try in vietnam is their coffee because we filipino love coffee
I love their coconut coffee in ice with cream, nothing beats it
You should try cold coconut coffee. Much better than egg coffee.
I think he will try everything from foods to coffee. He’s extending his stay for another 2 weeks before going to the provinces 😉😘
Owwwwww , so nice
What is your IG acct. we’re going to Saigon in 3 weeks and want to use your info to reference while we there. Thanks, you’re killing it!
please don't skip Hoi An and Da Nang, you will not be disappointed :)
I think he left and is now in Bangkok
I just tried that soju beer in Singapore, very refreshing 👌
I tried in store or president pho , It’s just for tourists. Their pho tastes so so. II would rather go to local have my pho on street side.
Zane, u go in different popukar tourists spots there. My friend loves to visot that country in tbe future.
Nice 👍
Viet coffee is rich and intense but i want more than 100ml of coffee ìn the morning. 4 sips and its gone.
You’re a good bargain Zane.
❤❤❤❤❤
Why don’t you give us the locations of where you are? I can not find little Hanoi on google, to many copies
The difference philippines is tons of slum area while vietnam tons of motorcylcle.
It’s an eye sore unfortunately anywhere you go tucked in between or at the back of high rise buildings. You’ll see the contrast right away
