Audio volume is very weak and difficult to listen from Camera sound in my PC as well as mobile with this new version V380 2.0.4
Is any way to increase the volume?

you can playback the video on the APP, no need to take out the SD card.

First bind the camera to your phone, and then log in to your account on the PC software.
