I’m late to this interview. The most powerful thing Tank shared was, “Black male R & B singers talking about love, pouring into your children and loving your woman is the threat”. In heavy rotation is negative music, not music that brings families together. Right on Tank!!!!

you can tell Tank was serious when he says his calling was to be a pastor lol, his ability to tell and break down a story is incredible. he keeps you engaged the whole time, genuinely one of the best speakers ive heard. i reverted to islam but id definitely show up for a Tank sunday service every now and then lol.

JOE is a guy who writes and produces his own record and doesn't get a lot of recognition as well. He has been doing it for a long time and super underrated. Fire interview though one of the best ones by far.

I saw Tank perform last night and his spirit was so beautiful. That man can really SANG... and LIVE at that. Tank stayed and performed for us until the very last minute that he could even after the show was over. I was so touched by that. I can tell that he is an empath and could feel the love in the room. We didn't want him to leave or for the show to end. He was also dropping gems for the men. I've always loved Tank and his artistry, how he connects with the people, but I found a new found respect for him last night.

September 11, 1997 was my first concert. I remember Tank singing those vocals. I was blinded by Timbalands diamonds. Aaliyah was amazing but thinking back, Mary and Bone Thugs was the headliners. AMAZING concert to top. Dru Hill was there also 🔥

There is something so powerful about confident men chopping it up! This whole interview gave me the feeling I used to get watching the men in my family bustin' it up during the holidays as a child. This interview makes me wish D'Angelo didn't take a huge break after "Voodoo". He would have eclipsed RKelly imo as far as who wrote, produced, performed and sung the record.
