This is some things I do that have helped me achieve skin free from acne and healthy all day.
- Use a mild face wash that eliminates excess oil and cleans your skin well. I suggest littlleextra rriiceberry face wash only as it balances the skin pH as well.
- Eat a nutritious diet. Avoid oily, junk, and spicy foods. Choose vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals.
- Exercise aids clean impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body.
- Avoid touching your face often because our hands are generally full of germs that can lead to acne when they touch the face.
- Once or twice a week, use an oil or serum for a face massage to improve circulation.
- Once or twice a week, do a cleanup routine: cleansing, steam, scrub, apply a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes.
- Clean your brushes and other items you use because they can host germs that can cause acne when they come into contact with your skin.
