I felt unreasonably compelled to research spirit guides and other things the moment i woke up today, watching this video and a few others i believe that my spirit guides have definitely been trying to contact me in recent days.

This is great to hear. Spirit guides are here to help us and can be connected using a pendulum. One can connect with Spirit guides using a pendulum. Pendulums can also be used for healing. Requires practice. Once connected with Spirit guide always keep both feet still resting flat on floor, moving feet or lifting heel will break connection with Spirit guide (very important). If one moves feet or lift heel, connection is broken and another Spirit guide will appear. One can change hands holding pendulum and not lose connection. Remove all metal jewelry on body, including fingers, hands, wrists, etc., which will interfere with communication and receiving energy from Spirit guide (very important). Find a quiet place to connect with Spirit guide when connecting with pendulum (very important). Rest elbow on table which holds pendulum and avoid moving hand around as this makes it difficult for Spirit guides. Try to keep hand still in one place (very important). Avoid having the pendulum hit, rub, bump against any objects once connected with Spirit guides as this will break connection. Recommend using powerful pendulums for better communication and healing. Brass pendulums are much more powerful than crystal pendulums. After many years of experience, I recommend brass pendulums for communication and healing. Brass is self cleaning whereas crystal is not (must be cleaned after each use as it picks up and hold unwanted energies). Healing times will be much faster using powerful brass pendulums. I personally use a brass golden hue pendulum. An example pendulum healing, "Spirit Guide, can you heal my damaged liver and make perfect? Spirit guides have different abilities. If Spirit guide responds "yes", ask "Spirit guide, heal my liver." If Spirit guide responds "no", ask Spirit guide, "send me to Spirit guide who can heal liver and make perfect. Thank you." Be specific as possible when asking for help. Spirit guides appreciate us behaving with kindness. After session, thank your Spirit guide. Spirit guides do a lot of hard work. Condition of liver will determine how many sessions are needed to heal liver. Additional helpful info. Clean crystal pendulums after each use. Either by burning sage and let the smoke remove negative energy from pendulum for 15 seconds, calling on Archangel Michael to clean pendulum (look at pendulum wished to be cleaned and say softly or in normal speaking voice: "Archangel Michael, clean the pendulum of negative energy" (will take about 3 hours to clean), rinsing pendulum in water for 30 seconds, placing pendulum directly under the full moon for the night, or burying pendulum into the ground for 24 hours. Best time of day to connect with Spirit guides during sunlight hours. I recently lost my husband and we were very close. As soon as he passed away, his spirit was present in our home. He has been giving signs that he is in Heaven and is okay. I sleep with his bathrobe every night and often I would wake up with it placed across me for comfort. I feel his energy trying to comfort me often. All of this. Yes. My husband and I were together for 32 years, with 30 years married in March of 2023. We were inseparable. He comforts me at night with a warmth that I can’t describe. He wakes me at 3:00am every night. I miss him terribly and have been without him for just 3 months.

I have been to that place often...and made it back through intense Prayer and meditation. It helps greatly too, when you look towards the Skies. Ummm guys for literally the entire month now I’ve been experiencing constant coincidences and I feel like the universe has been trying to tell me something. This related? Yo hang on, intuition? There was this one time I was in zoom class. I was falling asleep so as soon as I shut my eyes I heard a soft female voice call my name and I immediately opened my eyes feeling a positive energy around me. There was other times when I heard her or kinda seen her. I have plenty of stories

I had a single drop of water drop on my hair out of no where....i felt something fall on my hair, it was wet...i looked at my hand that had smeared it through my hair to figure out what it was. I was sadly going through a divorce. My ex's uncle had passed away. For care & respect, I was attending his services even though the cathedral was more than an hour away. My work had me putting in long hours, I would repeatedly play the song "Forever Young" by Rod Stewart as my song to him for his grandchildren (it was one of my favorites for my children). The night came and I was driving by myself, I was crying and talking to him, telling him he would now understand what happened for us to divorce. After 40minutes of driving in silence and in prayer, I turned on the radio - the song was "Forever Young" by Rod Stewart. What was even more astonishing was the radio station was 99.9 and at that time it was not a station I listened to or had programmed to my car. I felt a profound sense of peace. I lost all sense of feeling uneasy attending by myself. I had forgotten about this until now. Thank you my spirit guides, I love you.
I experience, unexplained touches, I heard voices in my head. Repeated numbers would show up, like 11:11, 10:10., 2:22, :12:12, 3:33 5:55, 9:19 and 4:44. There’s been other’s numbers. But the ones I’ve shown you, appears the most. Another thing, I also get unexplained chills. It happens at random times. I could be relaxing, grieving or talking to family and friends. Out of nowhere I feel something rushes through my chest. It feels cold and quickly turns slightly warm. I saw a white gray feathers on my hallway stairway. Mind you, no bird comes around in that area. Last and not least. I’ve seen a transparent angelic feather floating downwards in my kitchen. I thought it was strange. It last for a second and it disappeared. I couldn’t believe what I saw. After seeing this video, everything makes sense to me now.
I got very surprised i saw a white feather at my doorsteps ... actually i asked my guardian angel before i slept to send me a feather so i will know that if he is with me. And it happened ❤️ i really had goosebumps
I get three digit numbers every single day just about.. Everytime I randomly look at one of digital clocks even during the day its a three digit number.. Like I'll randomly wake up at 333 in the morning for example which is freaky at times..

Oh my gosh #3 has happened my whole life. When I was a kid I used to unplug my tv at night because it would randomly turn on. I’ve experienced some of the other ones too. Nice to know they are there 🙏🏻
Yeah or the red light on it would keep turning on and off, and my hallway light would flicker or the channels would change randomly in the kitchen despite no one being there... wierd!

My spirit guide speaks to me through the numbers 3, 33, or 333. One night I was sleeping and I felt a tap on my shoulder. I looked at the time and it was 3:33am. Before that, I was drawn to the number 33 and never knew why. The tap was he/she affirming that it was their way of communicating
I have been having that with 3:33 and 4:44. It feels like an attempt at communication, though I don't know what. I do feel that I am passing through some transition.

I had a telepathic voices moment several years back -
I was crossing a major intersection with the light being green for me and made it to the other side and had just put my foot up on the sidewalk curb . Earlier in the day I had shoved a piece of junk mail that I pulled out of my mail box into my jacket's pocket on my way out of my building. It was half in and half out of the pocket because it was a large piece. So, it was in my pocket then - as I'm crossing the street. When I put my foot on the curb to get up on the sidewalk, suddenly a huge gust of wind kicks up out of nowhere - and blows that mail piece out of my pocket and onto the road. There had been no wind all the time I had spent outside before this moment. I then immediately pivot around on the foot that wasn't on the curb yet to face the mail piece and begin to lean toward it to start walking toward it. In that quick moment a voice pops in my head (that I know wasn't mine) and says "It's not important - let it go!!" I think think "Yeah it's not really important - oh well" I then quick reverse pivot on the same foot back to facing and put my other back on the curb of the side walk I want to get on. The entire sequence of pivoting back and forth must of taken about 20 seconds. So, the second I put my foot back on that sidewalk curb, I hear a loud explosion behind me and then see large chunks of multi-colored plastic flying by me on both sides onto the side walk. I then pivot again on the same foot to look back onto the road. Two cars had just crashed into each other exactly over the spot that piece of mail that was in my pocket landed. An Asian lady got out of one of the cars screaming "my baby, my baby" - and a lot of bystanders ran over to help. Because the amount of people that ran over, thought to myself "too, many chefs in the kitchen - she's got plenty of help" and kept on walking.
The number of likes on this video when I discovers it is the same number my guardian angel uses to communicate with me.

When you said touches I remembered how I would feel light touches, even right now I feel them, I feel the light touches randomly, even when I am not sad.
I felt touches all over my legs and feet, the moment I looked away from the computer I go touched on the shoulder, and how as I was typing I got touched on my other hand. I also just remembered there were times when I was riding my bike and I would feel a hand lightly holding my hand as I would ride my bike.

I once was walking by a building and a white feather came down and landed on me and a I started thinking "that was weird." Then I noticed a small drop of blood on it. I thought to look up and then I saw the reason for it. Some person's black cat had just pounced on a mostly white pigeon on the their fire-escape and tore it to shreds- - had part of it still in its mouth.

I felt phantom touches every since my beautiful mothers left this earthly plane. My son passed to become beautiful energy four years ago, and my lights flicker back on when I turn them off to leave the room. I have had vivid dreams of them, too. I have noticed signs that something is trying to contact me. I just don't know what it is. All I know is around my family a strong feeling comes over me, trying to get me to shut my mouth. Sometimes I feel something is around me. I can't see it, but it can see me. Sometimes I feel like I'm being guided by someone I can't see or hear. I do believe that our spiritual guides do love us unconditionally, and that they are more like a spiritual mentor who would give us a map for navigating certain journeys in our life however I am aware that I still must be the one to steer/drive towards certain destinations while being mindful of certain map points metaphorically speaking, I have been having more vivid sleeptime dreams as of lately and I am luckily experiencing more intuitive messages and the powerful words also resonate because I had prayed on a certain sign relating to an educational goal that I was looking into by a certain timeline and the answer unexpectedly came to me via written form less than 48 hours after I prayed on the message, this positive blessing reminded me why it is so vital for me to simultaneously place an increased focus on both my logical instincts and intuition especially because a significant deal of some of the miracles I have experienced in my life came after I engaged both my logic and intuition with certain life strategies, aims, and endeavors. 6:23am 2/24/24 I've recently experienced all 12 signs that a spirit guide, except for orbs in photos. I was never scared but it was a tad odd. I embraced the experience and it spent every moment with me for five days.. I invited it to travel with me and it did to my condo. It visited me this morning. I thought about your Spiritual chills, and it suddenly occurred to me, I used to have like a 'buzzing' feeling happen to me on and off, a few years ago, before I got to where I am on my Spiritual journey now.
I never knew how to explain them, but I think that you're talking about the same thing I feel.
Not a cold chill, but a kind of a buzzing or a tingling.
Have others experienced this sensation, I wonder..?

Since I can vividly remember being a in my preteen/teen years I’ve always felt like a male energy near me way before I even started to believe in spirits and other paranormal stuff. Even several years ago after learning about spirit guides I still had this hunch that it has to be this male figure near me. I started meditating a lot I would have visions , see orbs shadows having light touches mainly my foot lol cause I usually meditated in bed etc. One meditation I was listening to binaural beats with wired headphones. All of the sudden I hear a mans voice saying “now remove ya headphones” (kinda sounded like how u think a God would sound like lol ). I was like waittt this isn’t a guided meditation… and I had the binaural beats on repeat…. So I was like okay im going to listen and remove my headphones. It was sooooo hard to remove my headphones I felt like wolverine and everyone in that movie LOGAN whenever professor X had his seizures. The sound and everything was the same. It felt like I was ripping through a layer of dimension. Then when I finally got it off my ears I sat up and put it up to my ears and realized it still was playing the binaural beats checked my phone it said binaural beats , fast forward through it was no voice on it. Even the next song and before song was more binaural beats just in case
Then when I was pregnant with my first son it seemed like everything heightened I even believe some stuff was my son communicating with me. I woke up to this huge white orb one night after 5 sec it shot up through the ceiling.
One day waiting in the car for my bf. I was soooo distressed thought I didn’t have health insurance like how was I’m going to pay for my medical bills and the birth of my son. Out of nowhere I hear a monotone male voice different from the first male voice. He said “you got it”. I was shocked and amazed I literally heard a voice that wasn’t mine in my head lol literally a day after that I got a call from the insurance company saying “ma’am you still have insurance “ lol
Recent I got a couple of readings done didn’t tell them no details and at different times. They both said I actually have a few guides around me but the main ones are these two males one is like the main one while the others are helpers. And I have a female energy one who comes to me when I’m feeling down. I don’t have a real mom figure in my life so I come off as masculine on the outside but I’m truly feminine & sensitive and wish I had a real mom. I feel like this guide feels that void.

In my family, I am the one human that my deceased relatives have returned to. Now a days, I live in a 2 room apartment. And usually late at night, when I sit alone at my computer, that sits against a wall, facing it, the rest of the apartment is behind me. With the bedroom door closed I am alone in the large "Great Room." I often feel the air around me shift, and a distinct breeze flows behind me, that is perceptible. It is like someone is walking past me, from behind, and I always notice that. When sitting in a room where there is no draft nor air flow from the AC in the bedroom, very often, this "Spirit or Person" comes to visit. Then by surprise, I hear the chair that sits to my right as I face the wall, creaks, like someone is sitting in it and it shifts the chair across the floor, with perceptible noise that I recognize as the chair being moved ever so slightly. This has happened often over the past few months.
It's interesting... spirituality is something I figured can't comprehend logically and seeing this feels peaceful
