All my gauges died on 87 model truck. Do you happen to know which wire powers them? Or perhaps where that information could be found? I confirmed it's got a good ground. But the power wire is only showing millivolts, not volts. So my gauges are dead because they have no power.
Covered in paint is a badge of honor unless you just caught an open can with your face. I looked a lot like that while painting my 51 Chevy truck frame black.. It looked dry to me! ☹

Next time your at the junk yard, I highly recommend trying to find a steering shaft from a Jeep Cherokee. I promise you’ll love it.
