it's a beautiful story of family and how it can be redefined, and how you are the one who chooses your family. it's set in new york in the aids crisis, and the musical was actually written DURING that crisis, making it even more powerful. the music is lovely and the cast (especially the revival cast) is phenomenally talented. also, there's a high quality pro shot bootleg. okay im done.
