Of course it will, Americans will continue daily life whether Congress and Senate works or not, and to tell you the truth, when they are not working we have less problems and bills that we have to pay for.
Because a national debt of over $20 trillion and climbing is just fine. Because borrowing more money from the treasury to pay the debts is just fine and congress still getting paid is just fine.
Reports say that national parks would stay open, employees just won't be paid. Kind of absurd to close national parks anyway, I would hope that people would go to them regardless. Not sure why they even need much staff, the main thing is having volunteers to pick up trash and some forest rangers, beyond that it's pointless.
Well with people being what people are, you need security @ these locations. When you have a bunch of tourists, you need staff to monitor them within the park and be to there in case of emergencies.
Well, that's not how it is for the national forests. They are open to anyone at all times for camping or otherwise. They sometimes have a small problem with trash but nothing too bad. I understand the national parks hold more high profile landmarks but still, it's just an outdoor environment like any other place and shouldn't require much staffing. I don't think there should be an entry fee either, it belongs to the taxpayers and anyone should be able to experience the beauty of their nation for free. There should be adequate signage and if people get hurt in the park, that's their own poor judgment and not the government or the park's responsibility.

They also would not have had any trash clean up since the disposal is not a government agency and private companies are paid to remove it.

There's nothing in the bill that Democrats didn't like. They chose to vote against it because they weren't allowed to ADD DACA to it. I'm in favor of doing something about DACA. Those refugees from countries that aren't sh!tholes were invited here by Obama; they were refugees from countries that aren't sh!tholes but that they don't want to return to because they'll get killed or have a terrible life in those countries that aren't sh!tholes.
