It's pretty easy to set up. Takes a couple practice runs on the ground to get it worked out though. Only takes a couple minutes if you're on a good ledge. Sleeps one person super comfortable. Two people is tight. Gear has to be hanging outside but it works.

hey ive been looking into portaledge's for a while, how are they speed wise to setup and confort wise? any helpful information on them and how was your night there?
On my 7th grade class trip, we went to a camp. On Day 3 out of 5, we went on a zipline about 120 feet in the air. In order to get to it, you have to climb a huge rock. (I'm not bullshitting you when i say this, but they didn't give us a harness. We signed a fucking WHAVER instead. At about 40 feet high, i slipped and fell off. I almost killed my girlfriend by almost landing on her. I ended up breaking my left leg and my right hand. It was the most painful thing ever!!
